Hello - this seems to be a recurring issue. The android device is definitely online, Kiosk Browser is running and we can accessing it via Team Viewer to confirm wifi access. However, the device has not been seen by the Kiosk Browser system since yesterday. How do we resolve this to ensure the device is continuously seen when online? Thanks

This normally means your device is unable to communicate with www.kbremote.net. Common causes include incorrect date and time on the device. To test, attempt accessing www.kbremote.net via the web browser on the device and see if any errors appear. Also make sure you aren't using an outdated version of Kiosk Browser.
