Hello, I was wondering if you can enable quick actions for the Trio AXS. The reason that I am asking this is becuase the actions can never complete.
It must launch something (maybe invisible). Kiosk browser always sends everything to the background which will stop it from functioning. You can try turning off the setting "hide system dialogs" to see if this makes it work but otherwise there is nothing that can be done as this is functioning as designed.
Please show more information across the rows on the Devices page. Presently all you have is the device name and the battery %. There is so much room to add more information! At least show whether the unit is *Plugged In* or not and *Charging* or not. This is essential when one has numerous devices.
Help me please...
We have multiple kiosk profiles setup and we have to setup 20 to 50 tablets at a time. We would like to be able to set a default profile or device group for a readonly user. That way when the user is used to register the tablet it will get the appropriate profile for the user installed.
Also, is there a way to change the quality/compression of the screenshots? Sometimes I really only just need a quick thumbnail to see what's going on, rather than a full high-quality image.
What is the maximal amount of users that may be added on one account?
There is not a documented maximum so in theory its unlimited however if you are using lots of different accounts for adding devices, be warned that deleting an account that has created a device can cause communication between the device and server to fail.
I really like the app so far, only one thing that might make it better in terms of controlling different users. The idea is that the admin can assign a superuser to a specific group The superuser rights will be applied only to the specific group it has been assigned to. On other groups, the superuser should have no rights/view only. This would prevent users from interfering with each other groups. The admin, can monitor and control all groups maintaining the entire account.
